Quotes and estimates
Prices generated by our online quote tool are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may change if the actual condition, size, or scope of the job differs from what was entered. We will confirm pricing with you before work begins.
Booking, access, and scheduling
- You are responsible for providing accurate property details and safe, timely access to the service location.
- Appointment dates and times are requests until confirmed by us.
- If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
Payment and cancellations
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service. Please give us reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel; late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We do not collect or store payment card details on our website — online payments are handled by a secure third-party processor.
Text message (SMS) program
Program description. If you opt in, AstroMaid sends text messages related to your quotes and appointments, and — where you have separately consented — promotional offers and cleaning updates. Opt-in is collected on our quote tool and referral ("Share the Shine") forms.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services without agreeing to receive marketing texts.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity and the offers available.
- Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation, and we will stop sending marketing texts. You may still receive transactional messages about an active service.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Referral program
Referral credits earned through "Share the Shine" are applied after a referred friend's first cleaning is completed. Credits have no cash value and apply only to future AstroMaid services. We may modify or end the referral program at any time.
Service and liability
We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning. If something isn't right, contact us promptly and we will work to make it right. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroMaid is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
